Browsing on my mac i received message that looked like apple page with voice saying my connection was compromised. How do I verify this was from apple?
It was not from Apple. Any such popup message will always be a scam.
Never respond to emails or phone calls asking for personal information. When in doubt, Quit browser or force quit it, and load it again with the Shift key held down. And then go directly to apple.com if it is about something on Apple. Personally. don't respond directly to update requests either. Verify always from the official source site and backup your data before proceeding.
